Morris Pratt Institute Association Pastoral Skills Course

Pastoral Skills brings you knowledge of pastoral responsibilities in ninety-six hours of class work. Included are lectures, hands-on pastoral experiences through role playing of life-like situations, of funerals and other special services along with study into areas of counseling, such as: pre-marital, marriage, suicide, family dynamics, violence, chemical dependency, death and dying, and the grief process. The class is open to any dedicated student and at this time Pastoral Skills is a required course for the NSAC Licentiate Minister certification.

Class size is limited to 14. Early registration is necessary. A deposit of $50 is required sixty (60) days in advance, with full payment required thirty (30) days in advance, if you have not applied for the payment plan. Complete information for the site will be sent upon payment of a deposit. If ten students are not enrolled for a session sixty days in advance, the session will be canceled.
